Job Description:
Looking to hire a candidate for residential appraisals in the Halifax/Nova Scotia.
We offer 50% fee split at an average fee rate of $400-500 per inspection, but can charge up to as much as $1000+ for unique assignments. Our current candidates average anywhere between $15,000 – 30,000 per month depending on the respective territory and volume. Appraisers typically complete 12-15 inspections per week with 24-48hr turn around.
The ideal candidate is willing to travel to some degree and has some experience in the appraisal industry. The company is willing to train the right individual without experience but please note this is a competitive work environment with the ability to receive above average compensation.
