We are an appraisal firm providing real estate appraisal and consulting services in the GTA, surrounding suburbs and Ottawa. We are looking for one experienced AIC Candidate for Barrie & Toronto.
The right candidate will be able to work from home and paid on a fee split/commission basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Inspect, measure and document assigned properties
– Review and analyze data
– Prepare a report
– Provide support and customer service to clients and stakeholders
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
– Member of the AIC in good standing
– Experience working with AMCs / Cral forms
– Access to car with valid driver’s license
– Clean Criminal record check (within 6 month)
– Valid E&O Insurance
– Not registered with other firms
– Excellent time & data management skills and ability to meet deadlines
