ABOUT THE ROLE

National Appraisals is looking for a bilingual (English/French) residential appraiser to join our growing team in Quebec.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete appraisal reports, all delivered in French
• Respond to client requests
• Communicate directly and professionally with lenders and clients throughout the assignment process as required
• Conduct property inspections and market research to support accurate, defensible valuations
• Manage timelines and deliverables independently while meeting quality and turnaround standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
• Designation required (CRA or AACI)
• Experience preparing market rent, desktop, and full appraisal reports
• Strong communication skills for liaising with lenders and clients
