Job Description: Black Valuation Group is an established, full service appraisal firm serving the greater Calgary area looking to welcome an AIC Candidate Appraiser to join our team. The position available will be an independent contract, with a commission-based fee split. Our team consists of four AIC designated Appraisers who will all take part in training the successful candidate in completing various forms of residential real estate. We are looking for a person who is motivated, professional, a strong communicator, entrepreneurial, and has a willingness to learn and grow in the profession. We will provide thorough and comprehensive mentoring within a friendly and professional environment.
