We are a dynamic and extremely busy appraisal firm specializing in valuing a diverse range of property types. While the majority of the work for this position focuses on the commercial sector, residential overflow work will be available, if desired. We are dedicated to providing accurate and comprehensive appraisals to our clients across various markets.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Appraiser to join our team. While prior experience in commercial appraisal is preferred, we are open to training qualified candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive appraisals of commercial properties, including but not limited to retail spaces, office buildings, and industrial facilities.
• Analyze market trends, property data, and financial reports to determine accurate property valuations.
• Prepare and deliver detailed appraisal reports that align with industry standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects, including handling residential overflow work as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and various stakeholders in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial appraisal is preferred, but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office applications.
