Who We’re Looking For
- AIC Designated Appraiser , in good standing
- Based in or open to relocating, within the Region
- Experienced in commercial appraisals
- Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to lead, build, and grow
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Your Responsibilities
- Independently complete high-quality appraisal assignments
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in your region
- Mentor candidate appraisers
- Contribute to strategic business planning and regional growth
- Represent CDC Inc. in local professional circles
