Job Description:
We invite applications from experienced AIC Candidates (Candidates, CRA and AACI) to join our firm as Associate AIC Candidates (Multiple Positions).
We provide the candidates with excellent exposure to various appraisal assignments helping advance towards achieving their understanding of important skills, concepts and situations.
The applicants must be in good standing. They must be registered in and have completed considerable courses. The applicant must earn their annual CPD Credits, successfully completed Professional Practice Seminars, be insured with professional liability insurance as Fee Appraiser and have hands on experience on residential/commercial property appraisals. The candidate has excellent communication skills, data researching skills, data analysis skills and report writing abilities.
The fee -based position requires the candidate to complete the appraisal reports in accordance with the most recent CUSPAP regulations and codes of conduct.
The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, equipped home office.
