Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified residential fee appraiser to join our team servicing the Greater Toronto Area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced appraiser looking for a steady volume of assignments with competitive compensation. Candidate members working towards their designation will also be considered – full training will be provided for the right person.
Requirements
- Active AIC designation (or candidate working toward designation)
- CUSPAP compliant reporting experience
- Familiarity with GTA residential market
- Proficiency with appraisal software (CRAL Report Pro or equivalent)
- Access to PropTX/MLS
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
