Vendor of Record Arrangement for Real Estate Appraisal Services for the Ministry of Transportation
The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario invites the submissions of Bids for the REQUEST FOR BIDS for a Vendor of Record Arrangement for Real Estate Appraisal Services serving the Province of Ontario.
Vendors will be responsible for providing real estate appraisals in support of property acquisition, negotiations, statutory offers of compensation under Section 25 of the Ontario Expropriations Act, and for a variety of other Ministry property requirements.
Required Qualification: Eligible Bidders must be registered on the Ontario Tenders Portal.
BIDS will be received by the Ministry through the Ontario Tenders Portal until 11:00 am. (EST) on
January 8, 2024
