2023 was an exceptional year for the AIC and its Members. Amidst a rapidly changing environment, volatile markets, and the ongoing housing crisis, the importance of professional appraisal was pulled into sharp focus.
And yet despite a challenging year in real estate, our dedicated staff, volunteers, and Membership rose to the occasion and together, made significant strides in advancing and promoting professional appraisal in Canada.
