I am looking for an opportunity to start a position as a Candidate Member with an appraisal firm. I am pursuing the PGCV program at UBC as a part-time student. I finished BUSI 330 in December 2023 and currently enrolled in BUSI 331, expected to write my final exam on April 14th. I am eligible to be registered as an AIC Candidate Member and intend to do so once I have a position to start. My interest in real estate dates a long time back, I have been an avid investor in real estate for more than a decade, I am also a registered Realtor with Century 21 Legacy in Mississauga, ON. Given my background in finance and economics, getting AACI designation is a natural step forward for myself as I want to continue to build my skills and knowledge to understand all the facets of real estate industry.
