  Data Analysis and Technical Reports:

· Report writing and compliance, Master and Bachelor degrees in Science (theses completed 2001 and 2008), around 5 years writing government filed assessment reports and internal company reports; aided with TSX compliant stock reports. Successfully completed residential appraisal report using the cost, sales comparison and income approaches for valuation AIC/UBC Intro to Real Estate Appraisal course (December 2023).

· Extensive analytical research experience, academically throughout undergrad and graduate degrees and vocationally as a geologist (10 years). Executed independent research for a real estate course without company access to MLS and market analysis info, producing an accurate report of appraisal (fall 2023).

· Merged technical geological data with geospatial software to develop mineral property models highlighting financial value and viability for future investments. Abundant knowledge and experience with the unique physical and environmental properties of parcels of land contributes to increasingly thorough, accurate and reliable property valuations.

· Initiated process for a technical analysis on subsurface rock as a solution to the complex structural problems. The result was a more comprehensive picture to inform company exploration decisions.

Organization and Leadership:

· Constantly positioned to educate and supervise junior geologists in their logging of core, highlighting the necessity and value of precision across work sites. Through educational efforts and management of core output quality, orchestrated and improved detail organization and physical layout of the facilities that resulted in more efficient and accurate analyses with greater savings and a seamless transition for the company.

· Created innovative protocols providing a more stable and accessible core. Onboarded geologists to ensure the process was more detail oriented and consistent in data production.

 

Communication, Collaboration, and Customer Service:

· Clear and efficient communication skills, able to train, cooperate with and motivate project teams to collaborate and finish projects in a time efficient manner.

· Effectively navigated numerous overseas governmental (local and regional) delays to lead and collaborated with exploration team to successfully complete drilling prior to the wet season; translating into increased financial interest and profits for shareholders (large global volume high-grade graphite mine as senior exploration project geologist, 2010-2014).

· Provide outstanding customer-service, while effectively communicating with customers in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality service.

Focus and Safety:

· Working at remote camps and on construction sites, conscientiously apply safe labour practices and environmental project protocols for general work place safety. Working around drilling machinery and traversing rough terrain in remote locations to produce a safe work environment. Workplace safety is always of paramount importance and working in these extremely isolated environments leads to ingraining it into the daily workflow.

· Focused examination of a residential property to ensure a timely and safely conducted appraisal (AIC/UBC BUSI 330 Intro Appraisal course).
