I bring eight years of experience in delivering high-quality residential property appraisal reports, supporting the largest Brazilian Financing Institution, Caixa Economica Federal, among others. My expertise spans market data collection, statistical model building, approaches to value, mass appraisal and property inspections. In addition to my daily appraisal responsibilities, I led technical reviews to reduce errors in property location reporting. This initiative saw a 90% adoption rate among fellow appraisers, enhancing the accuracy of appraisal reports. Serving as the treasurer on the board of directors for the Brazilian Institute of Appraisals of the Estate of Paraíba has undoubtedly been a significant highlight in my professional journey so far.
