CANDIDATE APPRAISER | REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL
Civil Engineer and experienced construction and real estate professional transitioning into a career in Canadian real estate appraisal. Currently an Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Candidate Member and pursuing the AIC designation pathway, with completed real estate appraisal education through UBC Sauder School of Business.
Brings a strong combination of civil engineering, construction, project management, property-related experience, and real estate knowledge, providing practical understanding of building construction, property condition, development, cost considerations, and factors affecting real estate value.
Seeking a permanent full-time opportunity with a Canadian appraisal firm where I can develop hands-on appraisal experience, complete AIC requirements, and contribute to residential and/or commercial appraisal assignments.
Areas of interest: Real Estate Appraisal, Residential Appraisal, Commercial Real Estate, Property Valuation, Development and Construction.
Currently based outside Canada and seeking opportunities with Canadian appraisal firms. Open to employer-supported work authorization where required and willing to relocate within Canada.
