Daniel Doucet, Past President of AIC has 34 years’ experience as a real estate appraiser and is currently a Senior Director with Altus Group. Mr. Doucet joined the AIC in 1982 and obtained the AACI designation in 1989. He has been involved with the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers since 1995, and serves as the Chair of the Board of Examiners. Daniel has spoken at a number of industry conferences on the subject of land valuation techniques, First Nations Land Claim valuation and on the Impact that High Voltage Transmission Lines have on rural and agricultural property values.
