Description de l'emploi:

  • AIC Candidate Member OR Canadian Residential Appraiser (P. App, CRA) in a good standing and have a liability insurance with AIC.
  • Minimum two years of experience in appraising residential properties.
  • Must have own TRREB access, regional board access is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be proficient in using Report Pro software, AMC forms (RPS, NAS etc).
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Willing to drive throughout different service areas.
  • Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in Northumberland, Peterborough and Kawartha Lakes.
