As a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), I bring a strong blend of real estate sales expertise and professional appraisal experience that makes me uniquely equipped to provide accurate, reliable, and client-focused valuation services.

Currently working with Castlemore Appraisals, and having previously contributed to Galaxy Appraisals, I have hands-on experience conducting in-depth residential property appraisals — from inspections and measurements to analyzing market data and preparing lender-ready reports. My work is built on precision, integrity, and a commitment to delivering insights that empower both private clients and institutional decision-makers.

In addition to my appraisal practice, I have more than eight years of success as a licensed real estate sales representative with Homelife/Bayview Realty Inc. This dual background allows me to combine market-savvy negotiation and client advisory skills with technical appraisal methodologies, creating a well-rounded professional perspective that benefits every client I serve.

Fluent in English and Farsi (and conversational in Spanish), I am able to connect with diverse clients and stakeholders across the Greater Toronto Area.
