Linquist Appraisals is a long time, established Appraisal firm serving the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas. We are seeking an experienced and self sufficient AACI Appraiser for mostly the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver areas. This is a position that would be ideal for someone able and wanting to provide quotes and take on some extra orders when required.
Qualifications
• Intermediate skills in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of ANOW program considered an asset
• Ability to communicate fluently in the English Language both orally and in writing
• Possess excellent time management and responsive communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently from their home/office and meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, product quality and attention to detail.
• Must be a good standing AACI designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada
Job Description
• Be readily available to provide a quote and turn around time on assignment(s) in a timely manner to Linquist Appraisals
• Conduct the Appraisal Process and Report within the turn around time estimated
• Provide communication to Linquist Appraisals on the status of the report through its duration
• Answer client and office questions regarding the report if necessary
This is an independent contractor fee split position. Compensation is dependant on experience.
