Location: Atlantic Canada (Office location can be anywhere in Atlantic Canada) 

Job Type: Full-Time Commercial 

Designation Required: P.App., AACI

Who We’re Looking For 

• AIC Designated Appraiser , in good standing 

• Based in or open to relocating, within the Region 

• Experienced in commercial appraisals 

• Entrepreneurial mindset — ready to lead, build, and grow 

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills 

Your Responsibilities 

• Independently complete high-quality appraisal assignments 

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships in your region 

• Mentor candidate appraisers 

• Contribute to strategic business planning and regional growth 

• Represent CDC Inc. in local professional circles
