Nicro Realty is looking to hire a full-time experienced senior appraiser with their AACI designation as our Appraisal Division Manager. A minimum of 10 years of appraisal experience in the private sector or a combination of private and public work is required. The bulk of the work will be commercial appraisal, but some residential work should be expected. Experience in expropriation and large portfolio work is an asset. We service a diverse clientele throughout the GTHA with our head office based in Burlington. The position is a competitive salary compensation with benefits.
