Boreal Appraisal Services was founded on the principle of providing Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Appraisers & Candidates with Work from Anywhere Anytime Tools & Support to enable the most efficient work process, while delivering a quality controlled and standardized appraisal report meeting or exceeding the Canadian Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP), and user expectations.
Exciting challenges lie ahead while we explore new regions, markets, and technologies. Led by our core principle, a dedicated Management Team aims to meet these challenges creatively, and collaboratively.
We are always on the lookout for like-minded Appraisers, and Candidates pursuing a collaborative and supportive work environment to expand our services into other Northern Ontario markets, and to help fortify those where we already have a presence.
