Commercial Appraiser
Westbridge Group Valuation Partner — Victoria, BC

We are seeking a high-calibre appraiser who values precision, deep expertise, and stimulating professional work within a respectful and collaborative environment.
The Position
- Prepare and sign appraisal reports for large-scale/high-value seniors housing and health care assets
- Perform complex financial and valuation modelling for going-concern properties
- The role extends beyond traditional appraisal into market intelligence and advisory work that shapes real investment and strategic decisions
- Work with and continue to develop one of the sector’s strongest proprietary databases
Location: Victoria, BC (in-office primarily)
Territory: Western Canada (frequent travel required)
Compensation: Fee split. Westbridge Group commands attractive professional fees, supporting strong, performance-based earnings aligned with expertise and contribution.
Qualifications
- AACI designation strongly preferred (experienced Candidate may be considered)
- Familiarity with various software platforms, including Excel and Word, and the ability to learn in-house platforms
- Demonstrated experience in income-producing real estate valuation
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
- Commitment to precision, quality, and professional excellence
