Designated Appraiser (AIC) & Candidates

What This Role Actually Looks Like
- Consistent, national and diverse client base (no feast-or-famine)
- Spend your time on analysis, valuation, and professional judgment not chasing data or formatting reports
- Option to specialize (inspection, valuation, review, mentorship)
- Strong administrative, research, and senior appraisal methodology support behind you
- Clear expectations, predictable workflow, and real collaboration
