We’re hiring a driven AIC Designated Appraiser to join our growing team and be part of shaping the future of the real estate appraisal industry.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail–oriented Market Rent Valuation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in completing market rent valuation documents accurately and efficiently utilizing our industry leading report automation tools. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work within tight deadline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Rent Valuation: Conduct thorough research and analysis to determine market rents for
various types of properties. - Data Collection: Gather relevant data from various sources, including property listings, local market
reports, and online databases. - Analysis: Utilize industry–specific software and tools to analyze the collected data and generate
comprehensive market rent valuation reports. - Report Preparation: Prepare and format market rent valuation documents in accordance with
company standards and industry best practices. - Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of valuation reports.
- Timely Delivery: Meet daily deadlines.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members to address any questions or concerns and
provide regular updates on report progress. - Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local and national real estate market trends, property
regulations, and rental industry changes.
Who You Are:
- A newly designated or established designated appraiser, ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic,
innovative team. - Willingness to adopt technology, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and web–based applications.
- A collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal and excellent team collaboration skills.
