We are currently offering a single slot on our roster of Candidate appraisers due to a member obtaining their full CRA Reviewer designation! We currently Cover most of Southwest Ontario including Grey-Bruce County, Simcoe County, the GTA, Muskokas, Sudbury, North Bay, Quinte , Kawartha/Peterborough and the Huron/Perth region. There is plenty of opportunity for the right individual based on the clientele and appraisal assignments we receive on a DAILY basis.

The ideal candidate is willing to travel within 1.5 hrs of their home address and will be compensated accordingly. Our candidate appraisers typically complete 3-4 inspections+ per day and will work closely with our internal Admin staff to ensure an adequate balance is achieved between inspections and report turnaround for our associated banks and lenders we work with.

This is a very quick pace role with demanding turnarounds but we are offering one of the highest compensating Candidate roles in the province! After initial onboarding (2-3 months) our candidates average a monthly income of over 10k+
