Cosh Appraisals is seeking a P.App, CRA, or Candidate Member to join our team. The successful applicant will support the completion of residential appraisal assignments throughout the Columbia Shuswap Regional District and the North Okanagan.
We provide competitive compensation, along with travel remuneration for assignments in rural areas and for work in Revelstoke. This role is well‑suited to appraisers who value flexibility, professional autonomy, and consistent workflow within a supportive practice.
