What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality reserve fund studies and appraisal reports. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Site Inspections: Travel mostly within Saskatchewan to gather detailed property data.
  • Research & Analysis: Dive deep into market trends and property data to create defensible, insightful reports.
  • Report Writing: Prepare Reserve Fund Studies, Real Property Appraisals, and gain exposure to Insurance Appraisals and Risk Management Reports, with opportunities to learn and grow in these areas.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in both independent and team settings. You’re client-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to manage multiple projects with precision.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • AIC designation (AACI or CRA), Certified Reserve Fund Planner, or Applied Science Technology designation is an asset.
  • Experience in depreciation reports/reserve fund studies, appraisals, and property inspections is an asset.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (30–40% regional, occasional national)
