Job Description: Residential Appraiser

We are seeking a CRA or AIC Candidate Member with a minimum of one year of experience in Ottawa for full-time commission-based positions.

Requirements:

• Must be a member in good standing and have insurance with the AIC.
• Not registered with any other appraisal firms.
• Must be proficient in using Report Pro software.
• Must have own transportation and a recent clean criminal record.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are required.
• You are expected to continue appraisal courses and fulfill candidacy requirements.
