Job Opportunity: Residential Appraisal Supervisor
We are seeking a seasoned, designated CRA Residential Appraisal Supervisor to join our team as a core, salaried employee. Unlike typical fee-split contractor roles, this is a stable, office-based position designed for a leader who wants to focus on quality and mentorship without the overhead of running a solo business.. This role is a blend of high-level production and mentorship, designed for a professional who enjoys the technical side of valuation as much as they enjoy developing the next generation of talent.

You will be responsible for the quality and flow of our residential department, ensuring our trainees are supported and our clients (AMCs and private lenders) receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a Residential Candidate, providing feedback on inspections, data analysis, and report writing.

• Review and sign off on all trainee reports, ensuring strict adherence to CUSPAP, lender guidelines, and internal standards.

• Complete your own residential appraisal assignments (full reports, desktop, and hybrid valuations) to meet monthly targets.

• Handle daily quoting for new assignments, ensuring competitive pricing and realistic turn times.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) and private clients to resolve revisions, manage portals, and secure new business.
