Board of Directors

The AIC-AB is governed by a volunteer Provincial Board of Directors, elected by the membership for a two-year term in accordance with the Bylaws. Officers of the Board include the president, president-elect, vice-president, secretary-treasurer, and past president. Additionally, there are six directors, two from each of the provincial regions (Edmonton, Calgary & Lethbridge). One or more additional directors are also elected to serve on the national Board and act as liaisons to the provincial Board. These directors, who belong to both Boards, provide the necessary link between the national and provincial Boards. Two Candidate representatives volunteer with the AIC-AB Board to liaison and provide additional assistance to Candidate Members. Click here to access the biographies of the current Board of Directors.
