I was recently notified by my current employer that the residential department is getting closed down and as a result, I will no longer be employed there.  I have a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and I have 17 years experience in Home building and real estate along with nearly 3 years of appraisal experience at Reliance Appraisals.  I also held a Broker licence before leaving the real estate industry to pursue appraisals.  I am currently an AIC Candidate member finishing up my last course at UBC Sauder School of Business.  I am very close to becoming an accredited CRA through the AIC program.  The schooling portion which is 90% of the requirement will be completed by this July and then there are a few minor requirements to complete the process.  I would like to stay in the Lethbridge area but would be willing to travel as far as Calgary to inspect houses.  I could be on the road 2 to 3 days out of the week doing inspections and the rest of the week would be working on and completing reports from home.  A letter of reference can be provided upon request from my previous employer.
