We’re hiring a Candidate Appraiser — some experience is preferred, but we’re open to the right candidate with no prior experience. Must be already residing in Calgary and able to start working right away.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Inspect homes and take photos
• Research the market and help determine property values
• Build appraisal reports with guidance from our team
• Communicate with clients, realtors, and lenders

• Are motivated, reliable, and want to grow quickly
• Like working independently but still want support
• Have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree required
• Registered as a Candidate Member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC)
