We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Appraiser to join our growing team in Edmonton, Alberta.  CRA or Candidate position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct residential property inspections and appraisals.
• Research market trends and comparable sales.
• Prepare accurate, well-supported appraisal reports.
• Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, and industry partners.
• Manage assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Real Estate Appraiser in Alberta.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
