Maker Real Estate Appraisals Inc. is seeking experienced, independent fee Appraisers to join our team on a contract basis. As a fee appraiser, you will work autonomously to provide professional, objective, and defensible real estate appraisals, primarily for residential properties (single-family homes, semi-detached, townhouses, condominiums, multi-family, custom high value, and residential vacant land).

This is an excellent opportunity for self-motivated professionals who prefer flexible scheduling, the ability to manage their own workload, and performance-based compensation. You will have access to firm support for assignments, administrative assistance, and quality review where needed, while maintaining full independence in your valuation work.
