The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser. This position is open to fully qualified AACI-designated appraisers, as well as Candidates or Student Appraisers who are looking to build a career in the commercial real estate industry. We are committed to mentoring the right candidate through the process of obtaining their professional designation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and market research
• Analyze market data and comparable sales
• Prepare detailed and well-supported appraisal reports
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and industry professionals
• Assist with a variety of commercial appraisal assignments

Qualifications

• AACI designation, Candidate member, or Individual with Post Secondary Education
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Interest in commercial real estate valuation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with appraisal software is an asset)
