Job Posting – Real Estate Appraiser
Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta
Express Appraisals & Real Estate Services Ltd., a well-established appraisal firm serving Alberta since 2010, is currently seeking Designated Appraisers and AIC Candidate Members to join our growing teams in Calgary and Edmonton.
We are looking for motivated professionals who demonstrate:
Membership in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC)
Strong analytical and narrative report-writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professional service standards
A commitment to producing high-quality, well-supported appraisal reports
Position Details:
This is a contract, commission-based position under a fee-split arrangement. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and access to a diverse range of appraisal assignments.
Both experienced appraisers and motivated AIC Candidate Members are encouraged to apply.
