Adaley Appraisal & Consulting Inc. is a fast growing, residential appraisal firm looking to expand our team by seeking an experienced AIC Candidate Member or CRA Member. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of independent appraisal experience and will primarily provide appraisal services throughout Halton Region and the Hamilton area. This is a fully remote position and a great opportunity to grow your career.

Support and assistance for client facing, payment collection and administrative tasks are available to the successful candidate, as well as ongoing training and mentoring.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Experience working with Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs).

  • Experience using CRAL forms and writing reports in compliance with CUSPAP.
  • Must have access to their own TRREB. RAHB access is an asset.

  • Must be a Candidate or CRA member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and have valid E&O Insurance.

  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle and mobile device.

  • Willing to travel throughout different service areas.

  • Must have experience appraising in Halton Region and the Hamilton area.
  • Experience in appraising different types of residential property.

  • Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent research and quantitative skills.

  • The ability to think outside of the box and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have at least 2 years of hands-on appraisal experience such as property inspections, report writing and data collection.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and update work files.
