Dear Hiring Manager, I am writing to express my interest in a Property Valuation, Appraisal Trainee/Candidate, Valuation Analyst, or related real estate valuation position with your organization. I bring more than eight years of professional experience in real estate valuation, mortgage technical operations, collateral risk assessment, technical due diligence, and valuation governance within the banking and property valuation sectors. My professional background includes experience as a Technical Manager with ICICI Bank, Senior Technical Officer with AU Small Finance Bank, Valuation Engineer with Simran Consultancy, and Cluster Technical Manager with AU Small Finance Bank. My responsibilities have included property inspections, market analysis, valuation review and approval, technical risk assessment, management of external valuation agencies, report quality control, and supporting mortgage lending and credit decisions. I am now based in Moncton, New Brunswick, where I am pursuing a Master of Organizational Management at Crandall University. I have completed AIC 101 – Introduction to the Valuation Profession and am an AIC Student Member currently enrolled in AIC 102 – Introduction to Professional Practice. I am actively building my Canadian appraisal experience and seeking an opportunity where I can contribute my existing valuation and mortgage expertise while developing my knowledge of Canadian appraisal practice and CUSPAP. My educational background includes a civil engineering degree assessed by World Education Services (WES) as equivalent to a Canadian four-year bachelor's degree, as well as a three-year diploma in civil engineering. This technical foundation, combined with extensive practical experience in property valuation and mortgage risk, enables me to understand both the physical and financial aspects of real estate assets. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute to your appraisal or valuation team in a trainee, candidate, analyst, or other suitable capacity.
