I am writing to express my interest in a position in the appraisal industry. I am seeking an opportunity to gain practical experience in a wide range of valuation assignments. I am a licensed REALTOR registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario and a Student Member of Appraisal Institute of Canada. I currently live in Barrie, Ontario and would be open to local or remote opportunities. I have completed 8 courses towards the AACI education requirements including; Introduction to Professional Practice, AIC 101 and BUS 330. I am a highly effective communicator with strong organizational and report writing skills. Proficient working with different technologies, maintaining records and problem solving. My strong communication skills and attention to detail would make me an asset to your organization. I have a valid Ontario driver’s license, reliable transportation and I am very familiar with the GTA, York Region, Simcoe County and Georgian Bay/Muskoka Areas. I would be happy to discuss my qualifications and previous experiences in greater detail.
