I bring a unique combination of experience and perspective.

After 15 years as a financial controller, I recently decided to transition into the real estate valuation sector, leveraging my strongest skills  — financial acumen and analytical expertise — rather than continuing along the traditional path of corporate financial reporting.

Although I am new to the industry, I offer substantial experience in both tangible and strategic areas, including pro forma analysis and financial statement analysis, alongside the intangible and interpersonal skills developed through years of senior finance leadership.
