My name is Govindam Gupta, and I am an AIC Candidate Member based in Calgary, Alberta. I am reaching out to inquire whether you are currently accepting a Candidate Member to work under your supervision.

I have successfully completed AIC 101 and AIC 102 and am actively working toward my CRA designation, while also keeping the AACI designation as a long-term career goal. I am passionate about the appraisal profession and eager to gain practical experience under the guidance of an experienced AACI member.

In addition to my appraisal studies, I have several years of experience as a licensed Realtor and Mortgage Associate. My background has given me a strong understanding of residential real estate, market analysis, property valuation, financing, and client service. I believe this experience, combined with my commitment to learning, allows me to add value while continuing to develop my appraisal skills.

I am hardworking, dependable, and committed to building a long-term career in the appraisal industry. I would be grateful for the opportunity to contribute to your practice, learn from your expertise, and assist with appraisal assignments while completing my designation requirements.
