I am writing to express my interest in seeking a position in the appraisal industry. My name is Hamza Darar (AIC Candidate), and I am an experienced professional currently residing in Ottawa, Ontario. I would be honoured to contribute my skills and experience to your organization.
In my 2.5 years of work experience, I have completed residential appraisal work for most major banks and credit unions, including First National Financial LP, Equitable Bank, RFA, Frontline Financial Credit Union Ltd., Home Trust Company, TD Bank (via RPS platform), Scotiabank Mortgage Authority (via Solidifi), Eclipse Mortgages, and many more. All have different lender requirements, and some have different platforms. I have completed various assignments such as first mortgage, second mortgage, separation/divorce, land valuation, market rent analysis, new construction, proposed construction, progress reports, drive-by and more.
My commitment to professional growth is unwavering, and I am highly motivated to earn my CRA designation swiftly. I have made significant progress in completing the required courses and am eager to continue my learning journey in this field. With my experience in the home inspection industry and my relentless eagerness to learn, I am confident that I can achieve my goals within the next 1.5 years.
