I am a property valuation professional with over nine years of experience completing residential, rural, and small multi-family valuations throughout Winnipeg, Brandon, and rural Manitoba. As an Appraisal Institute of Canada Candidate Member, holding the Certificate in Residential Valuation, I have developed strong expertise in property inspections, market analysis, data collection, and the preparation of accurate and defensible valuation reports.

My appraisal experience has strengthened my analytical abilities, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex property information while managing multiple assignments and deadlines. I have extensive experience communicating with homeowners, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders while providing professional service and clear valuation conclusions.

In addition to my appraisal background, my residential construction and framing experience provides practical knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods that supports accurate property analysis. My previous military service as a communications specialist and supervisor developed strong skills in leadership, discipline, technical learning, problem-solving, and remaining effective under pressure.
