Mike Rocca

Mike Rocca is a professional real estate appraiser holding the Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) and Professional Appraiser (P.App.) designations. As an active appraiser with a family-run firm located in Hamilton, Mike’s professional practice focuses on the valuation of industrial, commercial, development land, multi-family, and agricultural properties throughout the Golden Horseshoe and surrounding areas.

Mike attended the University of Windsor on a basketball scholarship, graduating with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in finance and economics. Prior to entering the appraisal profession and earning his AACI designation, he spent several years working in commercial banking, gaining valuable insight into institutional real estate finance.

Committed to governance and community involvement, Mike has served on multiple local boards, including CIPHA Hamilton-Halton and the Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce. He was elected to the Appraisal Institute of Canada’s National Board of Directors in 2026.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mike is a dedicated husband and father. When time permits, he enjoys playing competitive pickleball and a casual round of golf
