Board of Directors
The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of the Officers (President, President-Elect, Past-President, two Vice-Presidents) and Directors elected by the membership, based on provincial member representation. The President is elected by the Board each year at the first regular meeting following AIC’s Annual General Meeting.
The AIC Nominating Committee presents a slate of nominations for the AIC Board of Directors, ensuring the Appraisal Institute of Canada is governed with excellence and vision. In order for the Nominating Committee to find the best candidates, the Board has established Board Nomination Guidelines that support the Nominating Committee in fulfilling its mandate.
