The AIC-BC Board of Directors would like all current and past AIC-BC Members to help celebrate the Association’s 50th Anniversary.

Please note: This registration fee is for the 50th Anniversary event only. There may be an additional fee to attend the CPD event.

Accommodation

AIC-BC has secured a small number of rooms for $194 per night at the River Rock Casino Resort for those who would like to stay for a few days. These rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Registrants are responsible for making their own room reservations.

Member Recognition Awards for the 50th Anniversary Gala
In celebration of AIC-BC’s 50th Anniversary, nominations are currently being accepted for the following awards:

Additional Activities
Prior to the Gala event on the evening of November 3, 2023, there will be opportunities for Members to earn CPD credits by attending:

  • A Vancouver Chapter hosted CPD event (2 CPD Credits). All AIC-BC Members are welcome. (Separate registration is required and an additional fee may be charged to attend this event.)
  • The AIC-BC Annual General Meeting (1 CPD credit). Pre-registration is not required.

FAQ’s

Can I nominate myself?

Yes.

Only active or past AIC-BC members are eligible for nomination.

What is the deadline for submissions?

The deadline has been extended to September 8, 2023.

What are the criteria for nomination?

Nominees must have (had) five (5) years of consecutive membership with the AIC-BC to be considered for an award.

Should a Member be nominated for multiple categories, only one (1) Member recognition will be presented.

How are recipients selected?

The AIC-BC Nominations Committee will review and evaluate each application.

Please ensure you complete the nomination form in full as incomplete forms will be returned to the nominator with a request to resubmit with all pertinent information.

Can a nomination be rejected?

Yes, the AIC-BC Nominating Committee and/or the Board may, at their sole discretion, accept, postpone, or refuse a nomination.
