AIC-BC, in partnership with the Appraisal Insitute of Canada, offers conferences, professional practice seminars, courses, webinars, and other events to help their members stay leading edge within the valuation profession and real estate sector.

Professional Practice Seminars

Professional Practice Seminars – One-day Classroom Sessions

Eligibility: Designated Members and Candidate Members who have already completed the New Candidate Professional Practice Seminar (distance learning or two-day classroom session).

Education Resources: The Professional Practice Seminar ( PPS)  material is available in electronic form only. There will be no material available on site. Participants are responsible for printing and/or downloading the PPS material. The PPS material is available to all AIC members in the Members’ Section of the AIC’s website here.

Professional Practice Seminars – For New Candidate Members

Eligibility: Candidate Members who are required to complete the distance learning or  New Candidate Professional Practice Seminar (two-day classroom session with exam).

Education Resources: The Professional Practice Seminar ( PPS)  material is available in electronic form only. There will be no material available on site. Participants are responsible for printing and/or downloading the PPS material. The PPS material is available to all AIC members in the Members’ Section of the AIC’s website here.

 

AIC-BC CLASSROOM SESSIONS

PLEASE NOTE: Members who register early will receive the discounted price listed in the table below. The price of the seminar increases as we move closer to the end of the Continuing Professional Development cycle – December 31, 2019. This is to encourage members to complete the PPS early and avoid the late rush.

CANCELLATION POLICY
AIC-BC reserves the right to cancel any session which does not meet the minimum registrant requirement. In the event a session is cancelled, members will receive a full refund and will be required to register for a different date.   Members who cancel their registration less than two weeks prior to the session date will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.  

Venues will be posted and a confirmation email with location and time will be sent once details have been finalized.
